I just emailed a copy to my sister and she knew what it was right away.
I thought it looked kinda like a seal wearing a bowtie hitting something with its head
But my sister saw a baby bootie charm right away. lol

It is an Aaron Basha baby shoe charm. They are incredibly expensive and come in all different designs. I would love to have one someday but it is not at the top of the priority list. We know plenty of people in the jewelry business who can figure something out.
