I am going to sound like a dork...
But I met with a pediatrician here in Virginia on Monday and I loved him and I loved the practice and the BEST part (for me) is that he is also a displaced New Yorker down here so we lamented about pizza and bagels (and lack of) and how people down here just don't get how awesome NY is and how VA is NOT the same (yeah, they have "theater" down here too... no different than Broadway... Gggrrrrr)! LOL! 
And not only that - he went to NYU and SUNY Stony Brook and he is a first generation Greek American too!!!  . Sorry ladies, but it's little things like this that I love! Needless to say, we have decided to go with them.

You dont sound like a dork. You have a great connection with your childs doctor which is soooo important! Glad to hear that it went well. If you ever come up here to visit, you should def. bring him some bagels back!

that's great that you are happy with him....you are going to see him tons!!!
We met ours Saturday & absolutely love her and the office. It's a comforting feeling!!!
