Anyone have or register for the Graco Classic Wood Highchair??
Dh saw it yesterday and fell in love with it Pros/Cons? Most of the reviews seem good. Main problem is that is doesnt recline. It does convert to a toddler seat though.. Image Attachment(s):

I really like this & it looks very sturdy. I never knew highchairs even reclined!!

I registered for it and someone already bought it off my registry. Yay! DH fell in love with it b/c it goes with our decor better than all the others, so I read all the reviews and it looks good to me.

It's nice - but I don't like that it's not on wheels. I am constantly wheeling my DS in the highchair. I didn't look that closely - but you can't recline it can you? Also - change the height? Those would be some of the cons for me personally.

I registered for it too and it has also been already bought! I love it because it will actually match my kitchen set. The plastic ones just didn't do it for me.

If I had a nickle for everytime DD#1 fell asleep in the highchair, I would be a rich girl. I would just recline her and she would sleep away! I also wheeled her around alot.

To me, the leg holes looked really small, and the seat looked kinda tight, I loved the wood, and wanted it so bad, but when I saw it in person it just didnt look like it would be comfortable for a bigger baby

I just read in Baby Bargains that Fisher Price just came out with a wood highchair too that is very similar to the Graco and Eddie Bauer ones. It does recline though, and there were a few other features that it has that the others don't (I can't remember right now). It's part of their Zen collection.

Re: Anyone have or register for the Graco Classic Wood Highchair??
Ours is in our dining room right now - I love it. It perfectly matches our stools which go around our island in the kitchen, and its hieght is a little bit higher than our dining room table - which DH and I think is perfect. The fabric cover is machine washable and the plastic tray cover can go in the dishwasher (top rack only). I think this high chair was the most "classy" looking one at BRU - I don't like any of the plastic ones....
