Anyone ever feel weak/almost shakey?
I feel a little weak/almost shakey (almost nervous). And having a hard time breathing today--please tell me its the added weight.
These past 3 days I've been doing a lot on my lunch and not going to bed early. Do you think this has anything to do with it?

Re: Anyone ever feel weak/almost shakey?
I've definitely gotten shaky when I haven't eaten substantially.
For me I think its a sign of low blood sugar because if I eat a piece of chocolate I usually feel better right away.

It sounds like you could be over extending yourself a bit?
Take it down a notch, go to bed a little earlier, and make sure your breaks really are breaks....
I would still call the Dr.... if not for any other reason than to calm the nerves

Same here. I get that dizzy/blackout feeling more so lately. I try to always keep some food with me for that purpose. My OB said it's all part of being pregnant. Fantastic!

I actually got like this today right before lunch. I started sweating too.
But then again, i got like this before i was pregnant so...
But i will tell you that eating right away helps A LOT!

I've had that 2-3 times. If I sat down and ate something I felt better!

it means you have low blood sugar, you have to eat. I am type 1 diabetic and that happens often to me thats exactly how i feel when my blood sugar is low. Its always good to drink some juice as well, when you don't have time to eat a substantial snack. Feel better!!!!

I get like this at times. Sometimes really bad were I have to stay home from work because I'm feeling so bad. I have very low blood pressure and my doctor told me to load up on the salt. So I do, and it seems to help. Saltines, pretzels, sometimes just pure salt packets. I also have to drink a TON of water and I also throw in some gatorade into the mix and I tend to water it down. See if trying those things make you feel better. Good luck! I know it's the worst feeling in the world!

I get shakey when I'm really hungry!! or if I'm having a panic attack.

I always get shaky and weak if I don't eat when I'm hungry. It gets me crazy and I get really bi tchy until I am able to eat.

I feel like this when its time to eat and I've waited alittle too long. I always feel better after I get some food in me. Hope you feel better!

Re: Anyone ever feel weak/almost shakey?
Thanks everyone for all of your good wishes -- I'm home today with a cold/virus of some sort.
My mussels ached all weekend -- I thought it was the extra weight, but maybe it was the change of weather and I caught a cold.
Since its soooo cold today I figured I play it safe and stay home -- I still ache, but not a bad.
