BAYWOOD...anyone ever heard of it

In looking on MLSLI I see homes around Deer Park/Bay Shore that are in Baywood. I know it's not a town, but I see many homes say that they are in the "Baywood" section of BayShore.

Anyone know anything about this area

i believe this is north on SSP, west of the Sagitokos (sp) section...
Brightwater Farms aka BayShore is north of Sunrise and South of SSP...they have Bay shore Schools... but if you go North of SSP and still live in Bay Shore, you go to Brentwood schools. Im not sure what school discrict is Baywood..

I could be wrong about Baywood but the Brightwater stuff is correct cause thats where we were looking. Some block north of SSP start to go down hill. South of SSP have some great homes and if you lucky, you can land a great house for less and have a great school discrict

Baywood is Brentwood school district as well.

There are a lot of nice houses over there and it is a decent area. As long as you don't mind Brentwood schools.

From what I recall, Baywood is Northwest Bayshore . It is Bay Shore mailing address and Brentwood schools. I went to Brentwood schools and I remember when I first met kids from Baywood I was SO confused as how they went to the same school. It felt like they lived SO far away from me.
