My ds messed up my keyboard

My ds is obsessed with standing next to me and pressing keys on the keyboard when i am on the computer.

He did something the other day where if i press the apostrophe, a search bar appears at the bottom of my screen.

Now today, i can not (note: i CAN NOT use the apostrophe to write the word can t ) use the arrows when i am typing.

What the heck did he do and is there a way to fix it?
