Aveeno cleanser at night to take makeup off, and then the Aveeno readiant glow stuff in the shower in the morning.

Re: What do you use on your skin?
as far as i know the only OTC stuff that is okay to use during pregnancy is benzoyl peroxide, like in proactiv, but for me that's too drying, and it doesn't work on the type of acne that i have (which i've had since i was in college). i use finacea, which is azelaic acid, but you can also use azelex. they are both safe-to-use prescription meds and take a while to work but they are soooo worth it!!

I wash with Dove bar soap and apply Azelex 2x a day. It helps tame my greasy skin...though I still get breakouts.

I've been using AcneFree since about my 10th week, and it's helped dramatically. It's very similar to Proactiv only you can get it at Costco for half the price.

I am using Cetaphil and it seems to be working great.
