How can they project a winner
If only 13% of the precincts are reporting? I don't get how this works with only a small margin of error.

They do it with 0% reporting, too

Anyone can make any guesses about anything. Ever look back at those projections and see how "accurate" they are? If it's a landslide, they'll probably be right, but they are often wrong. They just want people to watch their show, so they'll make up numbers before other stations make up their own numbers.....
