i work for civil service in nassau county.
can i get NYS disability in conjunction with my FMLA leave?

Its possible. Do you have an HR dept to speak w/ regarding disability just in case you may need it?

I know at my job we get disability, but I think it depends on your job. Being that you work for the state, I would think you do.
