TMI question
For the past few days, I have what looks JUST like EWCM. I had this back in December, thought I was O, but never got AF  Well, now it's back. I used an OPK yesterday, and negative. I will definitely test again today. However, if I'm not O, why do I get what looks exactly like EWCM? Is it an indicator of something else, too?

I get EWCM for up to five days before O. Actually when I O I'm dry by then (sorry TMI). It could just be not showing up on the monitor yet...don't give up. That said, I have PCOS and I sometimes get EWCM at random times for like a day but I know I'm not O'ing then. When I do O, its a LOT of EWCM compared to the other random times.
I wouldn't think that an infection or anything like that would look like EWCM.

If it doesn't smell and it is clear, you shouldn't have an infection. I would be alarmed if it was very yellow or green.
Women with PCOS can have the EWCM and not ovulate.
