If this isn't a sign....
I have been debating whether or not to go to the gym after work. Its so damn cold!! But I didn't go last week because i was sick and Ihaven't been taking my morning walks.
I was talking myself out of it, when I ran into my bootcamp instructor from the summer. She was great, and I am going back to her after the baby is born. But if that isn't a sign for me to get my azz to the gym, I don't know what is.
