Anyone familiar with Nordstrom's return policy?
I have a couple of pairs of shoes that I have worn once, and I know they have a great return policy. I don't have the boxes anymore, although I MAY be able to dig up a receipt. Will they take it back for store credit?

in re to time period, there is none. not sure about the return policy on used items though. not to mention used items w/o a receipt, box or tags.

Yuu would definitely need the reciept, as without the box you do not have the return sticker, now I worked at Nordys many moons ago in the shoe dept and they would write on the sole of the shoe so look under bthe heel and see if there is any writing because that was a code to tell price, date of purchase, salesperson ect, if you have that and complain that they hurt they just might take them back for a store credit.

I just looked around for the receipt and nada.. it kills me cause I recently got rid of the boxes to clean up and I just wasn't thinking. There is also nothing marked on the bottom of the shoes.
Is it worth a shot?? I just know that they take like anything back.

Yes, you can. You can also send it back with the label that they provide.

Just go in and tell them they hurt your feet and that you just want to exchange them, when I worked there we took back everything, some people even "damaged" the shoes themselves and said they were defective
so I am sure they will take care of you if you just want a credit.
