awesome things on the horizon
so I get to try to find my replacement- which is fine- I don't mind migrating to a new position.
But like- to constantly sit here and see this girl that is working where I will be, crying, complaining, stressing out about her job. Not that I'm afraid it will be stressful, I just don't want to work with someone so vocally stressed. Not when I'm farging 9 moinths prego.
Awesome.

Don't let her get to you. Sometimes people can't complete jobs that others can.
At least you have a job and can always search for another after the baby is born.
ETA: I do like the hormone-harm idea though!

The worst part is I actually feel for her- she is totally getting jerked around. And the jerk hole boss also cut her salary to pay her commision, and the client isn't reviewing any of her submittals- so she's making no money, and always getting repremanded- they are TOTALLY picking on her.
I wonder if they really think this entices me? All day her and teh othe rone (my current supervisor) complain about this other beeyotch that works with them. Guess who I am working under? Said beeyotch.
I don't think I'm coming back from maternity leave.

Totally not coming back. Sweetly, I found out that I get 12 weeks of disability pay. Totally taking 12 weeks.

I went through the same crap when I had to replace myself. She was the worst! I did not want to hire her, but had no choice. anyway, she put me in early labor from stressing me out so friggin much! After that I just didn't take anymore Sh$t from her and would write her up each time she opened her mouth. Hence, she didn't last too long after I left.

Oh don't even get mne started- I haven't even found someone to replace me yet- and I'm sure I will be responsible for training and supervising this person with no pay raise.
