She's still around! I 'spoke' with her yesterday. She's working from home now and is ready to go (meaning, she's done!) ... I'll let her know you were asking. :)

Aw, this was a very welcome sight(thanks Elbee for letting me know it was here!) 
I am still here, working from home and incredibly miserable with hemorrhoids  Figured I didn't want to spread the misery so I've just been laying low. I have a dr's appt tomorrow and I'm for some major progress b/c otherwise we have to start talking other options (due to the size of the baby).
I'll keep you all updated and thanks for seeking me out!!

Good luck and ill keep my fingers crossed for you. I can totally relate to your discomfort right now. I am at the point where I dont even know what to do with myself....
