HOW does this happen?
I left a message with the nurse for my RE on WEd. but seriously...how does this happen. My DH had a blockage surgically repaired in 2006. BEFORE the surgery his count was 15 million and AFTER the surgery it is 3....as in 1-2-3.  Huh? We should have done IUI back then if thats the case! My DH went to see a specialist and he said there may be scar tissue in there that needs to be repaired but if it's partially blocked they can't fix it but if it's fully blocked it can be fixed  I need some answers....hopefully the RE calls me today.

That is actually very common. My SIL/BIL decided to go straight to IVF for that reason. He had a varicocele and the Dr. told them that there could be scar tissue from it that could make the blockage the same or even worse. They opted against surgery all together and went straight to IVF.
