ok...this would PISSSS ME OFF.
I would pop the card/giftcard into an envelope, address it to her home and mail it back to her, with a note saying that it's inappropriate.
You know what? I might even address it to her husband. 
WTH is she buying him a gift? If they were close enough to be "gift swapping", don't you think you'd know her?!?
What a ho!
Going through this thread thats what I was thinking of saying!!!!! Send that card right back to HER husband!!!!
