Has anyone ever returned something to a MFG directly?
long story short - I got a bottle of DKNY perfume for Hanukkah and the scent wore off after 2-3 hours. since I didn't have the box anymore or the receipt, I contacted the mfg and they sent me a pre-paid UPS sticker & a box to ship it back to them.
just wondering if anyone else has done this with "beauty" products and what your experience was...

I sent baby clothes directly back to Carter's when there was a problem because the store gave me a hassle. Carter's was awesome in the way they handled it.
I think if they sent you a label, go for it.
