Can you freeze cheesecake?
I bought one of those assorted cheesecake platters today and it went unopened. It is sealed in plastic in the tray. Can I freeze it for a party next weekend or will it be yucka after defrosting?

definitely, just make sure it is well sealed in tupperware or something that will not alow freezer burn. My mom makes Italian Cheesecake every christmas and makes a few extra to take out throuh out the year.
