Just got something from NYS dept of finance and I'm confused
It's a statement of overpayment of $316. What do I do with it?

Was that your refund from 2006 taxes? I think you need it for 2007 taxes.

I got this yesterday.
I was going crazy because I didnt get it either. It says..this is not a refund. This is not a bill. Do not include it in your taxes. I didnt understand what the heck it was then. I just stuck it in the folder for the accountant, thats what we pay him for.
