Exactly how much water...
am I supposed to be drinking each day?
ETA: I am thirsty ALL the time. It is like nothing quenches my thirst!

I know a normal non prego should drink at LEAST 64 ounces a day. That's 8- 8 ounce glasses.
So at least that.
I drink prob around 80.

I have an insaciable thirst. Like cottonmouth, without the fun high.

You are "supposed" to drink 64oz of water.
I drink about 96oz during the week and about 20oz on weekends. I hope my overage makes up for my slacking on the weekends.

I aim for 100 oz a day... but I am always thirsty and love water. One of my pregnancy books says 64 oz and I read online somewhere 80-90 oz, You will hear different numbers, but one way to make sure you are getting enough is by the color of your urine. If it llooks very dark/concentrated you are not getting enough. The clearer the better!
