I dont want to say the kids are sick but I am really bad at excuses

My mil asked me to come over with the baby to see her brother and his wife (they are coming in from NJ) they are gonna give presents for Xmas since we didnt see them

we never got them anything plus DH will be at work his sister is gonna go and 2 of her kids
my other 2 kids will be at school and my nephew that I babysit everyday is gonna be with his mom because they didnt want him to go to mils so this is the only day I can be alone with the baby since June and I would rather spend the day with her then go to mils
