Sore Throat

I think I am getting sick. I have a sore throat and am sneezing a little. What can I take? Im afraid to take anything! My doctor hasn't given me the medication do's and donts list.

When I have a sore throat, preggo or not....

I gargle with warm salt water - think very warm sea water.

I also make a mixture of honey and lemon (really thick syrupy consistency) and have a couple of tablespoons every couple of hours.

In between the spoonfuls of honey lemon mix, I also drink tea (u can do decaf now) with plenty of honey and lemon as well.....
