Re: uh-oh...
Try and eat small meals. Nothing to heavy. Saltines, peanut butter, toast, etc...Peanut butter and crackers have been my best friend. Also peppermint candies are erally good too.

Hang in there.
Fortunately, I never experienced m/s, but it is all worth it regardless.

Re: uh-oh...
I WISH positive thinking worked for me. Unfortunately it didn't...and what worked one day, didn't necessarily work the next.
Pretzels were my constant friend...bagels, saltines, preggo pops, ginger, peppermint - all worked at various times.
Eating before getting out of bed helped sometimes - I'd keep a package of saltines next to my bed and just munch on a couple before moving.
I had all day sickness so I carried a bunch of these things around with me 24/7.
Rest, take it easy...this too shall pass

Re: uh-oh...
Don't stress not everyone gets full blown MS...I only had nauseau which was bad but I found crackers & ginger ale were a life saver & fresh ginger (from japanese restaurants).
Hope it subsides.
