I think I am drinking too much...
Caffeine.
When I am out, I drink iced tea or reg coke. That is what I crave!!!
How bad is this?

what about caffeine-free coke? I know Applebees has it (well - Pepsi version).
Force yourself to go for that water. It is a double bonus!

I brew my own decaf iced tea at home to satisfy my iced tea craving. But every now and then I NEED a glass of Arizona Grren Tea. I just try to keep it one or less glass a day.

It is not everyday but I feel guilty about the caffeine for some reason.
If I am at home and really crave soda, I will drink caffeine free.
I am drinking more and more water, but I have to FORCE myself lately.

I've been ordering decaf iced coffee at diners and such... I am trying to up the water a little though.

BJ's has a decaf iced tea mix that's called 4 C's. It's really good!
