Had a crappy day.....

I had been feeling lousy all weekend. A lot of flu like symptoms. I travel a lot for my job and it is worrying the sh!t out of me that all my commuting is going to cause a miscarriage. I am home and pretty crampy; experiencing uterus pains on my way home from the subway station.

Do I need to worry? No pain is major and no bleeding has occured. I do not know how I am going to operate like this for the next nine months, I travel around the city like a monkey and I am exhausted already, I worry like crazy.

i agree - call your doctor! there are days when i feel crampy, more often than not it's just gas but i always stop, relax and drink lots of water, and that seems to help. i know it's hard when you are worrying but the most important thing you can do now is TAKE IT EASY and RELAX!!

Im a nurse and was on my feet for 14 hours one shift and i am a manager on the floor and had to take a district because we were short. well sure enough that night i had such bad cramping that i was hunched over and in tears. Turns out i went to the doctor and i had a cyst that ruptured. So i would call the doc just to put your mind at ease. But remember what you said you have no bleeding and no extreme pain which is a very good sign. Feel better hun

I was just about to post something about cramps. I feel them too. They are real mild. They come and go. Mostly at night. As much as the internet is useful it's also a big PITA.

The cramps is suppose to be all the ligaments stretching and making room for whats going on in the inside. As long as you dont have bleeding things should be ok. If you are really worried you can call your doctor.
