see, the thing is...
although people might say that you can't tell someone's "tone" from what they type on a computer, it is very obvious that the actual text of a post can often be interpreted as either mean, rude, or funny.
that is why we have emoticons. if you write something that you KNOW could be taken two ways, but the person on the receiving end won't know because it's typed, not spoken, it is kind and thoughtful to add a or a to "soften the blow" so to speak and make it known that your post is all in good fun.
however, using and or even sometimes will reinforce a rude or mean "tone."
that's just the way i read these posts. i am willing to bet a lot of people on this board read posts the same way i do.

When it comes to replies on here, I just try to remember that not everyone is going to be nice all the time... I try to let it roll off ya know? It doesnt get me anywhere to get upset.
