Georgettes
Anyone been to Georgettes, the bra fitters in Plainview? How are they?
I have used Mary Corsetiers on Woodbury Rd, but am not thrilled with them.
Do I have to get to Georgettes right when it opens or else it gets too busy?

I went to Mary's for my wedding and they ended up referring me to Georgette's because they couldn't help me.
I've never waited on a line at Georgette's (like I did at Mary's), but if there is a customer or two before you, it may take a few minutes before they assist you. There's usually only 2 women working there at a time, Georgette and another lady, but I can't recall her name. I've never made it a point to get there early.

I had the same experience. They are great there. They introcuded me to a new sports bra too!

It's actualy in Hicksville if its the same one you are talking about. It was empty when I went, but I hate the bras they sold me.

It's in hicksville. I use Mary's for my wedding and my dress shop pretty much told me they sold me the wrong piece and the wrong size.So i had to buy another on I have used Georgettes and never had a problem. Also never waited on line.

I've gone to the one in Hicksville....I've never waited on a line there and last time I was there they fitted me and told me I was wearing a bra that was a over a cup too small at that time I bought two bras....one strapless...which I hate now, b/c the wire on the sides digs into me...and one regular...which I used to like until I realized that my nips were very noticeable.
