I'm out of my mind so annoyed

Today my Honda was going to be inspected for the lease end. Dh was going to handle it from his office. Today is home sick so I called to have the appt moved to our house-5 minutes away. They can't get in touch with the inspector to tell him that. So, she puts me on hold and confers with her supervisor who tells her that she will call the inspector and tell him. I said, ok, fine.. DH calls them to find out when they are coming and they have no record of me calling and telling them that? They say that they have no record of my call.

This woman tried to tell me I was making it all up and that the best she could do is cancel the inspection and reschedule. DH gets me on the phone as well and we talk to this woman Colleen who is basically telling me I misunderstood and she has no record of my call. I'm furious and DH was trying to shut me up. It's crap, I had to wait 4 weeks for an inspection and now it has to be rescheduled since the car is 5 minutes away in a different location. She tells me that's a different zone. I made the appt and went through all the possible locations the car could be and they were all within 5 minutes of each other...not in a different zone 4 weeks ago..what has changed.

There's no way to get in touch with the inspector my butt. And DH was trying to diffuse the situation, but I don't appreciate being told I am lying or that I misunderstood when I know damn well what I heard and said.

I might have been born at night but not last night. SGS is the inspection service and I'm writing them a nice letter.

oh no, I think these supervisors are imaginary people...

It's rescheduled for Jan 11..DH will be home with the car..the car will have to remain on the insurance a few more days. That's the day the alarm in the house is being installed anyway so he'll be home.

The only thing DH said that could have happened is that it takes a while for the system to update and my call about an hour ago didn't update yet.

Ok, then tell me that moron! And give it a chance to update before you cancel my appt.

Load of crap..I hate being told it's raining and then having someone spit in my face.
