Well, I think I found part of our problem out today...SA results in..
So, the doctor left a message that my dh's count and motility is excellent but morphology is abnormal..that's all he said..I'm wondering how abnormal? Is it fixable?  I am going to call him tomorrow. He basically said that he wants me to schedule the HSG and than meet with him to talk...
If anyone has the same problem, please feel free to fill me in. I have mixed emotions right now..I am happy to find out that this might be the cause to our problems, but also scared...

My husband's morph. is very low and since I have problems too, we are heading towards IVF. I'm not too sure what it means otherwise.

DH's morphololgy is bad as well. However our doctor was not as concerned wtih that as the fact that his count wasn't as good.

DH's morphology is real bad (first SA 5% normal, second SA 1% normal) but we've gotten pregnant naturally (once) and I've conceived 3 times (all miscarriages), but there's still the chance of conception! I got pregnant twice with IUI and once with IVF. He can see a fertility urologist to find out if he has a varicoscele, but the procedure to have it repaired doesn't necessarily guarantee results, especially for a morphology problem. DH's counts have been better and swimmers are swimming better since having him take vitamins, wearing loose pants, and changed from boxer briefs to boxers (although he's VERY unhappy about the change).

Thanks for the information, girls!! I just found out today that dh's morphology is 8 percent. He said it's low, but he is not too concerned about rushing him to a urologist at this point (but is not ruling it out in the future)..he wants me to get the HSG and than we would discuss possible insemination...does this sound normal?
