Ebay??
Has anyone won an item but never received it? I won an item, I haven't received it and I sent the person 2 emails with no reply. I am new to this and have no idea what my next step should be? HELP?? Any advice is greatly appreciated!

When did the auction close? Where was it shipping from? Legally the seller has 30 days to ship but the lack of communication would make me very nervous too.
If you go to the auction listing, there should be a link to contact seller which would send the message via Ebay Messages. You could also get their phone number thru this link...

If you still hear nothing, you would file a Non-performing Buyer report to ebay. If you paid with Paypal, they have a greivance procedure but check with them for deadlines. I think it might be 21days from payment.

Thank you so much, I did pay with paypal on Nov. 24th. He emailed me on the 28th and said it was shipped US Priority mail. I tried to call but I got an answering machine. If I don't hear back by tomorrow I will file my grievance.

11/28 was a week ago...I would give it more time - at least until the end of this week. Ask him if he has a delivery confirmation number for the priority package.

this happened to me also....I used a Paypal and they credit back my money because I never got my stuff........Good Luck

Your right, for some reason I was thinking it was 2 weeks already. Silly me  , I will give it a few more days.

I always use paypal for this reason.. It may take a while for them to get you your item or your money returned but it is worth it...
