Strep Throat....?
Morning all, hope you had a wonderful weekend.
Over the weekend I posted about having a sore throat. Well, it hasn't completely faded and I just found out a coworker I share an office with came down with strep.
I have a call in to my midwife - but what do I do until then? How dangerous is strep while preggo? Anyone know??

Aww, feel better. I don't think it's that bad. I had an ear infection and bronchitis while preggo and had to go on antibiotic. I just checked with my OB that the one the regular doctor gave me a prescrption for was safe while pregnant.

I just went to my primary care doc last week because i've been really sick. They did a throat culture and said if it came back positive I would have to go on antibiotics.
