I'm really annoyed at myself
I had intestinal surgery in Feb..not feeling all that much better, but ok. Since then, my intestines are absorbing better and I'm actually retaining most of the nutrients....ok, great...medically that's wonderful.
I've gained about 15-20 pounds and I'm miserable. I've gone up a size in everything and I'm just annoyed. I knew this could happen but I just didn't pay attention.
I'm going to sign up for weight watchers this week or next and just get serious, but I'm really down on myself about it.
With all that has gone on this year with my family, I was not paying attention and I ballooned.
Ugh...damn...
it hit me hard when I had to buy bigger bras. I've convinced myself that it's temporary.

I completely hear you...and I try to convince myself that I don't care...hang in there and you'll do it...glad to hear the surgery worked and hope you feel better soon!

been there.
the only difference is that i didn't stop myself at the 20lb mark.
