This is why I cant believe in the death penalty-the justice system is flawed.

I understand what you mean but it wouldn't have helped in this case. 20 years of your life-gone. What you could have been-gone. Even if a person isn't executed it doesn't mean we can reverse the harm done (not that you are stating otherwise). So sad.
