What does it mean when the band in the back keeps riding up? Does that mean its too big? TIA!

like pantyhose...if they roll they're either too big or too small...
try hooking it on a smaller or larger hook tomorrow and see how that treats you

If the band is riding up, it means it's too big/loose.

Straps are too tight....loosen them up and push that bra down.
