What's for dinner?
I'm looking for a new pasta dish to blow this baby away
Any suggestions/recipes that you care to share?

Re: What's for dinner?
This pasta dish w/ chicken & sausage is a favorite of mine and leaves plenty of leftovers for tomorrow...it is SO good reheated. I kind of made it up, so I don't really measure anything when I add it...I will try to approximate measurements.
Cut 3 or 4 chicken cutlets into cubes and slice a package of sausage. Put 1/4 cup of olive oil and 2 minced garlic cloved into a large skillet and add chicken, then sausage.
Chop 2 cups of broccoli and sautee in 1/2 cup of butter.
When chicken & sausage have cooked, add a can of chicken broth, a cup of dry white wine, the sauteed broccoli, chopped sundried tomatoes (can also use sundried tomato paste if you can find it, but I am not always that lucky) and a tsp of basil and simmer.
Cook a pound of bowtie pasta and add to your fun mixture. Set the skillet to low/warm and cover so the flavors have a chance to blend for 20 min or so, then serve.
I hope I didn't leave out any steps because it is SO good!!

This sound delicious - but I didn't have any sausage at home last night. I did print the recipe out and added the sausage to my shopping list!! Thanks for sharing
