OH MY GOSH!! OH MY GOSH!!
I was just at my RE last Wed. and we were discussing my next cycle where we will begin Clomid and IUI because after 3 months on glucophage I still wasn't ovulating or getting a period without Provera.
Well, I went back this morning for one last sono and wouldn't you know it!!!.......after months of NOTHING I actually have a fully matured egg (20mm) all on my own!! I'm actually going to ovulate!! I am shocked!!!
So now tomorrow I am taking the trigger shot and Wed. morning I am going in for an IUI just to increase my odds. I can't believe this is all happening, I can't believe I might actually, possibly be pregnant sometime soon if all goes well.
SO CRAZY!!!!!!! I'm nervous and excited!! Anyway, I will keep you posted because as you know after Wed. is the dreaded 2WW!!! Good luck to everyone else too and HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!

P.S. - For those of you who've had an IUI.......what should I expect? Is the procedure uncomfortable? Any discomfort afterwards? Just wondering what I am in for. Thanks!!
