back cracking?
My back and neck seem to crack all the time now, when I move in bed, or sit up, or pretty much move, I never noticed it happening this often before. Anyone else?

i get this too, usually when i get up from sitting for a bit, like on the couch in the evening. sometimes it also feels like one of my hips will give out or lock up.
