Where do you get your seafood from?
I'm looking to order some lobsters and other seafood for New Years Eve.
Can anyone recommend a not too expensive seafood market in Nassau?
I was thinking of Two Cousins on the Nautical Mile in Freeport- has anyone purchased from there before? Do they take orders?
Thanks!

For Christmas eve I ordered all my seafood from New Wave on Wantagh Avenue in Wantagh-----they are so nice and helpful there---I ordered everything raw and they helped me figure out how to make it and time everything. The place is really clean with good prices and a huge selection.

We went to Two Cousins for our fish for Christmas Eve. DH actually went...said it was nice but self-serve which we've never seen before. There were people to help get the lobsters out of the tank for people.
The fish was excellent...so I was happy with that.

Is Fiore Brothers still open? They are on the Nautical Mile. THere is also a good store on Robbins Lane in Syosset. I don't remember the name but it's on the right hand side of the street next to a surf shop.

we go to Two Cousins and absolutely love their fish. Always very fresh. We also go to Fiore Brothers on the Mile. (closer to the end) Both places are excellent!

My parents (dad is good friends with the owner) have been going to the one in syosset on Robins lane for years also..I don't remember the name either..we just had lobster, shrimp, and tons of other seafood on Christmas Eve and (the lobster especially) was EXCELLENT.
