Anyone watch You Are What You Eat on BBCAmerica
OMG 
It makes me rethink my whole life every time I see it.
this nutritionist is basically called in to the homes of people on a serious nutritional crash course to try to steer them in the right direction...
she makes them write down what they eat for a week and then assembles it all on a table for them to see...it's DISGUSTING.
then she freakin analyzes their POO! yes, she shows them their poop and tells them what it reflects about their health.
it's like a train wreck...it sickens you, but you still watch.
anyone watching with me???

Ive seen it a few times when I'm visiting my IL's b/c they have satellite tv
I almost gagged when I saw her keep their feces in rubbermaid containers but its a great way to get across how unhealthy they are
I saw the one with the mom, dad, daughter and her boyfriend and they ate like all fast food and beer and blech!
Makes me eat my bran cereal in the am with a smile

I've watched it a few times. The one I remember was the one with Michelle Mcmanus, the girl that won pop idol. Her food for the week was what 2 people would eat in a month. I hope they don't reuse that tupperware.

Eww, seen it.
They go all out and what I like is how much of a difference it makes. That takes some serious will power. Its weird how that host says “your skin looks unhealthy” and then after her plan works she comes back and you can see the difference in their faces, I wonder if it’s makeup.
I also wonder if they keep up the change in diets.
Still I know I don’t eat what those folks do and it still makes me look twice at my snacks. All of her diets involved some disgusting drink they have to take. I wonder what’s in it?

my mind is usually in the gutter though, so this is a change of place.... then again....it seems to be the season for shyt of all kinds anyway...I must be inspired. 
anywho, these shows are sick..raw...and I love them.

I love BBC America because they have Torchwood and Dr. Who. It's on Fios and Direct TV.
I refuse to watch You Are What You Eat because I am afraid of losing my horrible eating habits.
Actually - I think I will DVR a marathon of it.

FYI The newer Dr. Who was on Sci Fi, BCC is showing last season. But I love both Dr. Who and Torchwood
We also watch BBC for the Granham Norton show.
