Jesss, duh.

Anyone here

planning to go all natural for labor?

I hope to go without any meds and make it - we will see when the time comes.

But I was wondering, for those of us with this huge goal in sight, what are you doing to prepare?

For Christmas a co-worker gave me a 60 minute prenatal baby yoga dvd with a yoga mat, strap, and block.

I want to do it at least 2 times a week but was wondering what else is out there to help us reach this accomplishment.

Re: Anyone here

Yes, I am going to attempt a natural birth.
I also do prenatal yoga and read a few books. I may sign up for a Bradley class. I read one of the Bradley books and it seems like the best way to go.

Re: Anyone here

I may be forced to go natural . . . but it's definitely not my goal. However, if natural is my way to go, then I'll be doing some serious reading, squats, kegels and praying.

Not me! I can't even deal with horrible AF cramps which I've had forever since a teenager. Give me drugs! Chat Icon
