ate too much!
Anyone else eat too much over the holidays...i truly feel sick....I can't wait to start eating normal again...Ughhh..i really over did it.

I did very well until yesterday... and I paid for it dearly last night. I was up for almost 2 hours at 2am sitting in an upright chair in my living room b/c my indigestion was so bad. And now I'm at work this morning running on a large tea from D&D.

at least i'm not alone....i'm barely eating today. Took a really long walk too, i need to feel normal again. I hate this full feeling.

That described my Christmas Eve. By Christmas, I had learned my lesson. I was a stuffed sausage on Monday night. It hurt!
