i've had it with my boss
she onwt give me a day off before christmas. she scheduled me 4 days a week (knowing i work 3 days at hte bar) and she refuses to even have off for my dads birthday.
i was so tempted to leave my keys last night, but i need to wait at least a week til i can pick up more shifts at hte bar.
argh.
i got in a fight with her yesterday. worse than ever. i told her to "fire me" and she stormed out.

wow! she must have known she was nasty to me yesterday. she gave me my dads birthday iff AND another day! (well, MAYE another day)
i am mad though that she had the balls to call up another employee and complaon about me. W T F? who does that?
she is controling and i bet she just wants her to be on her side or soemthing.
she was like "jessie wants me to fire her now!"
i really am quitting though. soon. as soon as i get my promotion at teh other palce. screw her. if anyone has followed my boss stories they know shes a whack and i dont deserve all her crap

Good For you Jess, you definitely don't deserve to keep up with the sh it.
I hope you get more shifts at the bar.

omg, you have no idea how she talks to us!! lol have you ever seen my post how one of us smells "like sex"??????????????????
and once i disagreed with her on something abotu Guilinani (sp?) and she called me 'ignorant' and all these other things.
shes made us all cry at least once or twice each.
shes manipulative, selfish, takes advasntige, takes everyone for granted, etc

yeah shes the owner.
to be quite honest, i dont really know how she is able to keep employees---as well as customers!
shes nast yto customers too!
once she was nasty to us in front of everyone and one customer said "you treat your employees like shyt". she laughed and thought it was hilarious.
YET, she doesnt know that people always give me that "WHAT THE HELL" look when shes yelling at me for stupid stuff... or when people are like "good luck with THAT one!"
im a sucker, what can i say
