Should I be worried??

According to my last AF, I should be about 4 weeks, 5 days Pregnant. I noticed a little spotting today. It is very similar to the implantation bleeding I had in my TWW. When I wiped- there was nothing. My first doc appointment is Thursday. I know bleeding is normal, but, at what point should I start to be really concerned?? Should I call my doc right away, or is this something that can wait for my appointment to discuss?

Implantation bleeding can still occur in weeks 5 and 6. I wouldn't worry at this point. I would wait until Thursday and talk to your doctor. If it gets heavier or turns bright red, then I'd call your OB.

Re: Should I be worried??

if you start getting really bad cramping and a heavy, red flow, then I would call up your doc right away. Otherwise, it sounds like IB.

I agree with the others. Unless it is heavy bleeding, it sounds ok.

P.S. I am four weeks 3 days since my last period, so we are only two days apart.
