I don't think my mom realize we are TTC

I told my mom back over the summer about my PCOS diagnosis. She knows I have been seeing an RE and been getting treatment. So she emails me the other day and says she doesn't want to be nosy or anything but was wondering how everything was going, was I ovulating, etc.
So I wrote her back and told her I didn't mind the questions, told her I had ovulated last week and was on progesterone.
I tell her if I am pregnant I stay on the progesterone for 10 weeks and if I am not, I stop the progesterone and start over.

Her response is "Do you want to be pregnant right now?"
I'm like uh..... why else would I be doing all this? (not in those words of course) It just struck me as funny!

lol- it's funny but kind of awkward. my mom and dad and grandma live right next door to us. It's kind of ahem weird sometimes--- especially now that they know that we're trying. We told my parents first (I told my mom first) and DHs mom (he's adopted- she suffered from infertility as well 30 years ago). We didn't mention anything to my dad until last week (the night before my IUI) and we only mentioned that we got the IUI done to my FIL the day after it was done. BOTH dads seemed so much more excited than our moms- and our moms are so excited that we're ttc... they're all grandparents already but can't wait for us to have kids. My dad keeps talking about how great it will be to take my kids out and do stuff w/ them/..... and my FIL is so excited b/c my DH will be "carrying on the (insert last name here) name (NO ONE else is right now)
