UTI...help

I had a UTI in September and it took forever to diagnose because I didn't have any of the classic symptoms (pain or buring when urinating). Then at my first appointment(while pregnant) apparently I had another one and took antibiotics for 7 days around Thanksgiving. Now I think I might have another one because I have a low grade fever and an uncomfortable feeling in my lower abdomen (that is what I felt before). What's so weird is that I typically "pass" the test with the strip and its only when sent to the lab that I get diagnosed. I haven't been drinking as much water lately because of the naseau so that may be why it came back, but I am so frustrated and worried.
I took an at home AZO test and the White blood cell count came back very positive but the nitrate was negative? This is the same result I got in November when they told me I had a UTI.... any thoughts?

Def go to your doctor if you think you have one. You don't want to leave it undiagnosed.

I have one too and I am 5 weeks. I had no symtpoms at all.

Thanks girls. I am 9.5 weeks, and have my blood work for the UltraScreen this Friday, so the nurse said I could do a walk in urine test.

I had the same thing with the AZO test. It showed wbc and no nitrates. I had a uti went on Macrobid for a week and it cleared it up. I had them check when I finished my meds just to make sure it was really gone after getting 2 in 2 months. And there was no signs of infection.
