Does it FEEL like christmas?
I dont know why, but it just doesnt feel like Christmas is next week. Our tree is up, presents wrapped, etc but I'm just not in the spirit yet.
Any suggestions of things I can do to feel christmasy?? I've watched a few holiday movies and nothing.

I don't even celebrate Christmas, but it feels like Christmas to me...there is a brass band playing right outside my office. Loving it.

It feels like Christmas to me. Mainly due to it being our first Christmas in our own home and us hosting Christmas Eve.
Why not put on some music, bake some cookies, etc to get yourself in the mood

It hasn't really yet - but I think it's going to start this week.
It's the last week at work, so we will be going to breakfast and lunch, and people will be bringing gifts into the office.

For me, the feeling is off and on and more off than on... This happened last year, too!
I think I'm going to bake some cookies for the office tonight to really get in the mood. (This is, of course, assuming I get home at a time that would be reasonable to start baking cookies!  )

it is always like this for me - it doesn't really feel like christmas until about two days before... weird, i don't know why that is but it just is.

I'm right there with ya Pinky. Presents are wrapped, tree is up, I even cooked some of my Christmas dinner - and I still don't feel like it's next week!

I'm thinking its because I'm not working anymore. I'm home all day with the kids and its been so cold lately I dont feel like bundling them up to go out.
