I passed!!!!
My 1 hour!
I can't beleive it, I really thought I would for sure fail.
Turns out that my absentee Dr.s forgot to order a CBC, so I have to go back for MORE bloodwork. And I really think I will fail that- does anyone know how you adderss prego anemia?

Congrats!! I have to go for mine. Probably next week. I"m not sure about the Anemia but good luck on the next bloodwork!!

I thought for sure that I would be anemic because I was sooooo tired, but I wasn't. I think my sister said her friend was anemic and she had to take extra vitamins for the rest of the her pregnancy.

I was told on my last dr visit that I was anemic and she started me on Iron pills.

Congrats! I had my 1 hour yesterday and am crossing my fingers that I pass.
I was diagnosed with preggo anemia a month ago. I have to take an extra iron suppliment and make sure that I eat foods high in iron. I've felt much better since I started doing that. The only thing I have to make sure I dont do, is stand up for too long. I fainted on a long line at the store and on the LIRR when I had to stand.

Congrats!  Now go out and enjoy a guilt-free cookie!
As for the CDC I failed mine. I don't have anemia, but they are re-testing me again next Wed. to see what's up.
If you do have anemia, they just give you iron pills (and carte blanche to eat red meat). All in all, not so bad.

yay! I will find out my results next week. I'm sure I passed. I was anemic with both my previous pregnancies and they just give you iron horse pills.
