I am one of the special cases. Technically we got pregnant on the third month of trying.
But I had already had
2 years of testing
20 months of charts, Foltx and BA.
And 6 months of Metformin.
I was lucky enough to know I would have problems conceiving so I started the testing process in advance so I would be ready when the time came.

I guess basiclally the first month we really "tried". Although we said we were winging it, I sort of suspected I was ovulating and apparantly I was right!!
