Still feeling crummy...
should I be feeling any better by now? It's going on 48 hours since the IUI was done- and like 84 hours (I think) since I took the ovidrel. I feel AWFUL!!! I'm feeling so bloated and uncomfortable. I really don't want to move. We haven't BDd at all b/c I don't feel up to it and DH is afraid to come near me w/ how I look like I feel. I'm waking up several times a night and am extremely gassy (sorry if TMI)- I keep burping. I'm supposed to go visit my niece and nephew today and I'm kind of afraid to go b/c I think if either one of them kicks at me or jumps on me while playing around that I could end up being damaged somehow. Any thoughts? How long did you guys feel lousy for afterwards? TIA.

hope you feel better soon! I felt crampy the day after my IUI. It did go away quickly after that. Hang in there and rest if you can today, it's a good day to do that!!

Re: Still feeling crummy...
Wow I felt perfectly fine after my IUI.
And even after both IVFs.
Maybe it's something else.

Re: Still feeling crummy...
I have side effects from the trigger about 5 days after ovulation. I don't think this is from the IUI at all. It will go away, I promise! But believe me I know the feeling. I posted about this after my first trigger too.
ETA: I'm sure its the progesterone too...your empty follies are producing a lot of progesterone at this point and that's probably what's causing the sleep disturbance and gas - I get the same thing

Ugg- really? So I'll probably continue to feel crummy thru at least tomorrow, possibly Tuesday?

Re: Still feeling crummy...
Yep, sorry...although obviously everyone is different. But since we seem to be cycle/med/symptom twins I'd say you're in for a couple more days of misery LOL. Although I have to be honest - I feel crampy through the entire 2ww...but the really bad bloating goes away usually by 5dpo.

Re: Still feeling crummy...
Thanks Carolyn! I was just telling DH what you said and I said we were twins as well w/ our cycles/response to meds, etc...! I hope tomorrow is a little better- I was getting ready to call the dr in the am but I'll wait another day to see if it gets any better.
