Re: crockpot stew?
I made this last night and it was really good.
A little over a lb. of stew meat throw it in the pot, put a 1/4 cup of flour, season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. throw in a 1/2 package of baby carrots, onions and either peel and quarter 5 potatoes or throw in a bunch of little new potatoes with the skin on. I put a 3/4 cup of beef bullion soup (you could use the cubes too). Put the lid on and cook low for 8 - 9 hours DON'T lift the lid.
Serve over egg noodles.

Re: crockpot stew?
This is the best beef stew recipe you will find! I can't even tell you how many times I've made it in the past year. (Thanks Lisa!)
